- Kalpavalli programme of the Collective was selected as a finalist for the prestigious “Elinor Ostrom Award on Collective Governance of the Commons – 2023”, under the ‘Practitioners’ category.
- Mary Vattamattam received the “Professor T S N Pillai leadership award” (2022) organised by Loyola College of Social Sciences (Trivandrum, Kerala).
- Mary Vattamattam received the Organic Medal of Honor- Honorable Mention (2021) at the Asia Organic Summit.
- The Collective was awarded the Covid Warrior Award (2020) from the Sri Sathya Sai District Administration.
- The Global Alliance for the Future of Food, in August, 2020, recognised the Collective as one of 21 worldwide ‘Beacons of Hope’ that were achieving sustainable, equitable, and secure food systems.
- The Collective received the Outstanding Practices in Agroecology (2019) award from the World Future Council and TAGS2.
- The Collective received the Lush Spring Prize (2017) from Lush Cosmetics, United Kingdom.
- The Collective shared the One World Award – Gold (2014) with Hansalim, South Korea. The award was sponsored by Rapunzel Naturkost GmbH, Germany and IFOAM Organics International.
- Mary Vattamattam and C.K. Ganguly were elected to the Real Heroes (2013) (Environment) award organised by the CNN-IBN television channel in partnership with Reliance Foundation.
- Mary Vattamattam received the Vanitha Woman of the Year Award (2010) from the Malayala Manorama Group.
